Day 2:

Set Yourself Free


Todays Goal:

Listen to the audio. In order to move forward, forgive yourself, forgive others and forgive anything that is holding up space in your heart using the simple method given in the audio. You can use this process and method whenever you feel any negative emotions such as guilt, jelousy, anger and sadness. Pay attention to your emotion throughout the day and embrace everything you feel. Note it down, how do you want to feel? What made you feel this way? It could be something to work on to heal. Release 1 thing at a time in your own time. This is the 2nd step because it will clear your mind ready to focus on YOU for the next 21 Days and forever. Emotion can serve you to your greatest good of all, forgive yourself and be kind to yourself, you are only human and you are doing the best you can.

Forgive yourself for accepting less than you deserved, but don’t do it again.


The Process:
So really today is really becoming more present in each moment and tuning into how you feel. If there is a situation and experience that you want to release, you can use this technique at any time. It’s not to forget it, what it does is help you detach and remove the heaviness from your heart so you feel lighter and you are able to focus on more positive aspects to move forward.

  • I want ____ to happen instead.
  • THANKYOU: (Thank you for this lesson, I now ask for this situation to be healed and released from my heart and sent up to pure light with love.)
  • Visualise yourself and the situation, see black chord being cut from your chest and send it up to the light to heal with love.

You know when you write things down you actually release it from your mind, your mind actually holds on to everything until it believes its somewhere else. “I’m sorry, I love you, Please forgive me, Thank you” is a Hoponono Hawaiin Mantra and the visualization exercise really works. Our mind is so powerful and we are all energy. I do this every time I feel sad and upset about a situation and something keeps coming into my mind that I need to forgive.
Do this method 100 times a day if you need to!! It’s good to feel emotion and heal.

Inspiring Sory

This is a story about a Chinese farmer who used an old horse to till his fields. One day the horse escaped into the hills and when the neighbors sympathized with the old man over his bad luck, the farmer replied, “Bad luck? Good luck? Who knows?” A week later, the horse returned with a herd of horses from the hills and this time the neighbors congratulated the farmer on his good luck. His reply “Bad luck? Good luck? Who knows?” Then, when the farmer’s son was attempting to tame one of the wild horses, he fell off its back and broke his leg. Everyone thought this was very bad luck. Not the farmer, whose only reaction was: “Bad luck? Good luck? Who knows?” Then weeks later, the army marched into the village and conscripted every able-bodied youth they found there. When they found the farmers son with his broken leg, they just let him off. Now was that bad luck or good luck? Who knows? Everything that seems on the surface to be evil may be a good in disguise. And everything that seems good on the surface may really be an evil.

So we are wise when we leave it to life to decide what good fortune is and what is misfortune and be thankful and trust that all things turn out for good with those who love life.

  2. I use this method every time I feel overwhelmed, or there is something that keeps bothering me. I also repeat this mantra “I will eliminate hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, cynism by developing love for all humanity because I know, that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success.”
